CONNECTED WITH THE BODY: Program Waitlist
A program for women living with chronic illness: Rooted in the lived experiences of Women of Color, and welcoming to all women seeking a more compassionate and grounded relationship with their bodies.
Welcome. I’m glad you’re here.
Connected with the Body is a reflection of years of personal healing, academic study, and lived experience. It was created for women who have felt disconnected from their bodies, unsure of what they’re feeling, or uncertain about how to navigate life with chronic illness.
This program gently guides you into a deeper relationship with your body through somatic awareness, grounding practices, personal story, and ancestral-informed approaches to healing and self-understanding. By joining the waitlist, you’ll receive early notice when enrollment opens, along with updates as the program continues to take shape.
What the Program Focuses On:

Connected with the Body explores what it means to reconnect with yourself in a way that feels steady, honest, and accessible. Inside the program, you’ll be guided through practices that support you in:
-
Learning to listen to your body with more clarity
-
Understanding chronic illness through somatic and ancestral frameworks
-
Noticing your body’s cues without judgment or urgency
-
Building small, supportive rituals that fit your real life
-
Moving away from constant survival mode toward greater self-awareness
-
Reclaiming a relationship with your body that feels more grounded and respectful
This program is not about fixing or forcing change. It’s about creating space to return to yourself in simple, steady ways and building a reconnection practice.

Who This Program Is For:
Connected with the Body centers the unique experiences of Women of Color living with chronic illness, including the cultural, emotional, and systemic factors that shape our relationships with our bodies. At the same time, the practices and frameworks inside the program are supportive for any woman living with chronic illness who is seeking a more compassionate and connected way to navigate her body and her life.

A Note From Natalie:
I created Connected with the Body as someone who has lived with chronic illness, searched for language to understand my body, and often felt alone in the process. Over the years, somatic practices, ancestral stories, and gentle self-connection helped me build a new relationship with myself, one that wasn’t based on pushing through or ignoring my needs.
This program grew from that lived experience and from the academic work that shaped my thesis and research. If you feel called to explore what a different relationship with your body might look like, I’d be honored to share this space with you.
